The LUX guided design tool is the most straightforward way to configure your cylinder and explore all compatible options when you know the basic operating parameters. By entering the desired forces and stroke, the system guides you through the available options, automatically checking the technical compatibility of each choice. The LUX configurator allows you to select from ISO 6020/2 tie-rod and counterflange cylinders, ISO 6022 heavy-duty versions, compact hydraulic cylinders and servo cylinders with position transducers. For each series, you can customise mountings (flanges, feet, hinges, pins), seal configurations (high sealing, low friction, Viton, water-glycol), adjustable end-of-stroke brakes, CETOP bases for control valves, magnetic sensors and magnetostrictive transducers for continuous position control in industrial automation applications, and much more.
